Before the New Year rings in, this is a wonderful time to honour the many holidays and traditions that take place in December. Whether you’ve been celebrating Hanukkah, Yule, Christmas, Kwanzaa, or another special holiday, I hope that you are embracing the warmth of family near and far.
Amidst the festivities, may I encourage you to reflect on the role that each person has played in your learning and growth. You may be amazed how the very people we tend to take for granted have helped to shape and develop us as individuals and as leaders. Give thanks and cherish these people. Be well. I look forward to reconnecting with you in the New Year.
“No amount of money or success can take the place of time spent with your family.”
