How do I register?

Visit the ReclaimHER page on this website. At the bottom of the page, you will see a “Register Here” button. After you fill in the information fields you will be directed to the payment page. Registration is complete and your spot is held following successful payment.

What is the cost of the retreat(s)?

  • Less than the cost of a half day at the spa! Registration for one retreat is $349 CAD inclusive (either Release & Restore or Reconnect & Rise).
  • Register upfront for a bundle and experience tandem ReclaimHER retreats at a discounted price of $599 CAD inclusive (Release & Restore AND Reconnect & Rise).
  • Together they provide the optimal foundation for building and sustaining practices for life! This option also includes a complimentary 60 minute 1:1 coaching session in-between.

Can I get a refund after registering?

  • There are no refunds. However, if you find that you can no longer attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another woman – at least 72 hours before the retreat. Please contact us at connect@sunrisecoach.ca

What’s included in the price (meals, materials, accommodations)?

  • Your retreat days each include all workshop materials, guided sessions, rituals, and curated experiences. A nourishing lunch and refreshments are provided, along with everything you’ll need for the activities.
  • Since they are one-day retreats, accommodations are not included, but the entire experience is designed to feel like a full reset without requiring an overnight stay.

Are there overnight accommodations available nearby?

Yes! We have identified several B&Bs, Air B&Bs, and hotels nearby. In fact, there is a lovely B&B just 5 minutes away! If you forgot to express interest in overnight accommodations during registration, just email us at connect@sunrisecoach.ca and we will send you a list.

What if it rains on the day of the retreat?

  • The ReclaimHER retreats will take place rain or shine – though we are manifesting for shine to be the case. The protected forest and beautiful grounds provide for sheltered areas. Just to be on the safe side, we do recommend bringing water resistant shoes and clothes.

What should I wear?

  • Come as you are and embrace being comfortable – joggers, yoga pants, cargo pants, even pajama pants are welcome. We will be outside, so layers are suggested – even a change of socks and comfortable shoes. Consider a hat and rain jacket too!

What should I bring with me?

  • Here are a few suggestions so that you can get the most fulfillment out of the day retreat:
    • Water bottle and insulated coffee/tea mug
    • Comfortable layered outdoor clothing, including a hat and rain jacket (this is a rain or shine retreat)
    • Comfortable walking shoes (preferably water resistant)
    • Bathing suit & towel – in case you’d like to swim in the pond or plunge in the river
    • Sunscreen and insect repellent (bugs are minimal thanks to the spring fed pond)
    • Sunglasses/glasses
    • Umbrella
    • Comfy blanket
    • A bag to carry your belongings
    • Personal intention to be present and focus on you

We will provide you with everything else you need – food, water, coffee/tea, snacks.

And there might be a few helpful things to leave behind:

  • Your phone (leave it in your car – this is your time)
  • People demanding your time
  • Regret about the past
  • Worry about the future

Are cell phones permitted during the retreat?

  • These retreats are curated to provide grounding, reflection, and connection so we respectfully ask that you leave your cell phone in the car or turned off in your bag – if you bring one.

Are food and beverages included?

  • Yes! Morning and afternoon snacks will be available along with a yummy, freshly prepared lunch. In addition to tea, coffee, juice, pop you can refill your water bottle with the crisp refreshing spring water naturally onsite.

What if I have food allergies?

  • Please ensure to provide these details in the registration form. We may contact you if we have questions so that you are respectfully accommodated.

Where will the retreat(s) be held?

  • We are pleased to be hosting the ReclaimHER retreats at a beautiful property located between Creemore and Orangeville – about a 90-minute drive outside of Toronto. The address and driving directions will be provided to those who register. For more information, you may email us at connect@sunrisecoach.ca.

How many people will be at the retreat?

Each retreat day is intentionally capped at 18 women to preserve the depth and spaciousness of the experience. When a date fills, we begin a waitlist for future offerings. If you feel called to one of the dates, securing your spot early is the best way to join us.

What if I need/want to continue with more reflection, self-discovery, and momentum beyond the retreat?

  • Everyone will receive a care package at the end of the retreat.
  • Participants will also be offered personalized 1:1 coaching at a discounted price through Sunrise Coaching should anyone wish to continue their journey with a professionally credentialed coach.

Will there be movement practices (yoga, stretching, walking, etc.)?

  • Yes. Both retreat days include gentle, accessible movement woven throughout the experience, such as light stretching, grounding practices, mindful walking, and embodied exercises that help you reconnect with yourself.
  • One of the retreat dates also includes a guided yoga session. Yoga is beginner-friendly, supportive of all bodies, and designed to help you drop into your breath and presence. Nothing is high-intensity or performance-based; everything is optional and meant to meet you exactly where you are.

How structured is the schedule — is there downtime?

  • The days are intentionally structured to guide you through a meaningful journey, but it never feels rushed or rigid. There are spacious breaks, moments for reflection, time to journal, and opportunities to simply breathe, wander, or connect with others. You’ll feel held by the flow while still having room to settle into yourself.

What kind of women typically attend?

  • Women who join ReclaimHER are often in a season of transition, reflection, or renewal. Many are professionals, mothers, caregivers, creatives, or leaders who spend so much time supporting others that they’re craving a day to return to themselves. They’re kind, open-hearted, growth-oriented, and ready for deeper connection, both with themselves and with a community of women who “get it”.

Will I be paired with or grouped with others for activities?

  • Some activities are done individually, while others invite small-group sharing or partnered reflection. These moments are always gentle, optional, and designed to feel safe and supportive. You’ll never be put on the spot, and you’ll always have the choice to participate in the way that feels right for you.
